Dr. Stacey Grossman was my OB-GYN for both of my pregnancies, and I am truly so grateful to have had her as my doctor. She is one of the most humble, professional, and kind doctors I have ever met. She always made me feel comfortable and cared for during such an important time in my life. She has a happy and easygoing personality, which made every visit feel much less stressful. If possible, I would not give even 1 star. Dr. Crossman started the cystoscopy without any pain medication, despite my repeated requests and obvious anxiety. The pain was severe, and only after I started screaming did they give me pain relief.When I asked why pain control was not provided beforehand, the doctor and nurse blamed each other. In the end, the doctor said she could not perform the procedure I needed and that it was not her field, and told me to see a general gynecologist.I waited over one year for this appointmen... read more
Dr Stacey Grossman is one of the worst Obstetrician-Gynecologists I have ever seen. I needed to have cystoscopy surgery. They gave me an appointment after one year. When I visited her, she just asked me a few questions and gave me a second appointment after 6 months to see if I'm eligible or not. After 6 months, I went to Mackenzie Hospital, and she did a very, very bad cysto procedure. I had half an hour of pain, which was very bad nurses. I wrote a review several years ago for Dr. Grossman and it appears to have been deleted… I had a very negative experience with Dr. Grossman who refused to see me or even call me back when I was having complications. I ended up having to go to a sexual health clinic to have my issue addressed and Dr. Grossman‘s secretary, didn’t call me back until nine months later.
