If possible, I would not give even 1 star. Dr. Crossman started the cystoscopy without any pain medication, despite my repeated requests and obvious anxiety. The pain was severe, and only after I started screaming did they give me pain relief.When I asked why pain control was not provided beforehand, the doctor and nurse blamed each other. In the end, the doctor said she could not perform the procedure I needed and that it was not her field, and told me to see a general gynecologist.I waited over one year for this appointmen... read more
