Dr Stacey Grossman is one of the worst Obstetrician-Gynecologists I have ever seen. I needed to have cystoscopy surgery. They gave me an appointment after one year. When I visited her, she just asked me a few questions and gave me a second appointment after 6 months to see if I'm eligible or not. After 6 months, I went to Mackenzie Hospital, and she did a very, very bad cysto procedure. I had half an hour of pain, which was very bad nurses. I wrote a review several years ago for Dr. Grossman and it appears to have been deleted… I had a very negative experience with Dr. Grossman who refused to see me or even call me back when I was having complications. I ended up having to go to a sexual health clinic to have my issue addressed and Dr. Grossman‘s secretary, didn’t call me back until nine months later.
I went to my 6-week postpartum appointment expecting to see my OB, who had cared for me throughout my pregnancy and delivery. When I arrived, I was surprised to find out that another doctor would be seeing me instead, with no notice beforehand (which is the second time this happened). I asked to reschedule my appointment as I’m not comfortable for a male dr to do such an invasive examination but I was told it was not possible and if I am uncomfortable I should just go see my family doctor.
