I was very unsatisfied with the care she has been giving my 2 year old. She insists to do unnecessary and wanted scopes and is rushing to give my son medication that has been proven to cause many undesirable side effects, including personality disorders. At our last visit she was very nasty and verbally abusive. She also used scare tastics and a threatening tone until we agreed to do what she wanted.

This doctor did a great job with my 2 month old son. She had great bed side manner, was very insightful and gave me hope that he will feel better. She answered all of my questions fully and did not rush me. As a first time mom I had a lot of concerns for my child and she was very understanding and knowledgable about his issues, what to expect and how to proceed.

Dr Srivastava appeared friendly until I spoke up and got involved with my sons care. Then she turned arrogant and downright mean. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
