Every time I am treated by Doctor Srinivas Cheruvu, I am very satisfied and impressed with his professional service and knowledge, he is always very professional, kind and respectful, for that I am very grateful. I have used his services for over 15 years. His team is also very professional and very friendly, always following up after every procedure. Very professional and personal approach. I recommend his services to my family and friends.
I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Cheravu. He would call me on my the weekend to re assure me that I had croens disease, thankfully I do not. Also my ct scan was pushed back months due to the negligence of his office responding to my insurance company in time. Then when an appeal was required I called back 4 weeks later and they never requested for another ct scan. Thankfully this wasn’t life threatening. The p.a. recommended a sigmoidoscopy, but every time we call they say they'll call us back with an appointment but never do. They have abandoned me as a patient.
My wife was being treated, but when we called for a follow-up they abandoned her as a patient. They would ignore our requests for an appointment over and over. They would promise to call us back and never would.
