The p.a. recommended a sigmoidoscopy, but every time we call they say they'll call us back with an appointment but never do. They have abandoned me as a patient.
My wife was being treated, but when we called for a follow-up they abandoned her as a patient. They would ignore our requests for an appointment over and over. They would promise to call us back and never would.
