Great Dr. and very compassionate , he is kind and a very good listener. He works towards finding out what is wrong and follows up with his patients. I feel I have finally found a Dr that is a good fit for me and my family. Staff was very friendly.
Dr Alla is okay, but there is one woman in his front office who had a bit of an attitude. I had visited the doctor, but at the time I did not realize I was out of one of my blood pressure medications, so I called afterwards and asked them to please phone it in for me. This front office woman snapped at me and told me that I should have said something at the time of my visit and that they should charge me extra for having to call in my prescription.
He treated me for an unknown type of pneumonia which was resistant to almost all treatment. I am alive today because he never gave up trying to cure me. He is an outstanding Doctor! He may not be chatty,but he's definately thinking about how to make you well again.He's there for you whenever you call. He will refer you to the best Specialist as needed. An excellent, knowledgeable, caring, professional, and kind Doctor is what you get from Dr. Srinivas Alla.
