Great doctor he listens and answers all our questions no matter what the might be. Our infant enjoys visits instead of like other doctors.
Excelente pediatra dr. Maruvada���
My three kids have been with Dr Maruvada for five years. Now that he has moved into a large, plush office, his staff have fallen off the mark. The bedside manner is ridiculous. While I stand by Dr M for having great bedside manner, I find him now to be incredibly greedy. I'll bring my sick kids in and he turns us away stating allergies. But when a fever starts a couple of days later - he insists on us coming BACK in for ANOTHER office visit. He just wants money. I'm disgusted.
If you have a sick child and need to be seen right away, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly, so is the doctor. I will say that 99% of my child's visits have been so quick, at one point I timed the amount of time he spent with my child and it was almost a full 2 minutes, even when it wasn't busy. Another time he said my child did not have an illness and I took my child to the ER 2 hours later, he was confirmed with a double ear infection. Here it's quantity vs. quality I believe.
This dr is terrible. He hands out bromfed cough medicine to little kids like crazy after he says there's nothing wrong with them . Took three kids in two 3 yr old and a 1 year old with hacking chest cough. Runny nose and fever and he never even listen to their chest to hear the rattling and said oh there nothing wrong with them . This has happened Mutiple times . It takes weeks on Tylenol or Motrin for them to get better. Because of insurance we have to go there uggh
