Consistently let down by this company, their orders never make it to my address, I’m getting tired of spending money with a company that can’t use anybody but the worst in shipping period (USPS)

I really like the products provided however, I cannot find a clear way to cancel my subscription. I can't spend $75 every few months especially since I have plenty of their soap.
This company is providing average soap at an inflated price. Their customer service is lacking. They will send you soap and if it isn't right the response you get is pretty much you get what you get fix it with your next order. Subscribe and they will send you two of the same soaps!
