When you call Dr. Sprinkler of Ogden, the operator Kristen will identify the company as Sprinkler Master. She'll even correct you if you say "Dr. Sprinkler." Anywho, she is very nice, very cordial. But the company clearly doesn't want business. She first told me the repair person, River, would present on Thursday. When I called near EOB Thursday, she said I had it wrong and it was "Friday, remember?" She said River would present "early Thursday morning." Made an appointment two weeks out. Day of appointment the water was off due to a main line repair. When the water came back on they came right out to fix this issues (a zone stuck on, sunken irrigation box,etc) . So far so good.
This company is just sprinkler master. I imagine they used their LLC to try to escape bad reviews. Scheduled an appointment with them and they were 3 weeks out. The day before the appointment they sent me a text to confirm. I confirmed. The day of the appointment I asked when they would be at my home. They responded between 4-6. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I texted multiple times and followed up they next day, they never responded again.
Had these guys install a system for me and we have absolutely loved working with them! They have been very responsive and helpful to answer all of our questions. Even saved us some money to help with our budget, best part no dry spots! Highly recommend for sprinkler installation and have already told my neighbors!
What a great company! Had the other so called pros come out to our company and finally had these guys come out and fix it problems we've had for years! Highly recommend Dr. Sprinkler! Worth the money and very knowledgeable.
