I have worn prescription glasses for over 20 years, and I can say without hesitation that my experience with MyEyeDr. was the worst optical experience I have ever had. The glasses I received are not just disappointing, but they are also shockingly poorly made. These are, without question, the most expensive and the most useless pair of glasses I have ever owned. My coworker recommended this building, and I had my appointment today. It was hands-down one of the best eye centers I've been to, from the friendly receptionist to the eye doctor. My insurance was covered, so even better, and the environment was just awesome.
Fully described the issue I was facing before appointment. Day of appointment it's like every staff member is completely surprised by this and really no help was offered. If you have eye or vision issues absolutely avoid here. They only are interested in getting you in for glasses perspective or to sell you frames. Very unprofessional and won't return.
Dr. Bardash was excellent, which makes this experience especially disappointing since the practice was sold to MyEyeDr. Appointment confirmation was confusing and unreliable. I couldn’t confirm my teen’s appointment through the links, called to adjust the time on Friday, received a confirmation call Saturday, and left a message confirming Monday. Despite this, I was told the appointment had been given away. Because of these service issues, our family will be seeking a new locally owned provider.
