While visiting from out of town, I experienced a bit of a dental emergency and I'm so grateful that they were able to get me in on such short notice! Dr. Ratchford and her staff were all wonderful!! From the moment they answered the phone and through the checkout process, everyone was so incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful! If I were to ever move to this area, I would absolutely select Morro Bay Family Dentistry as my permanent dentist! Thank you so much!!
Dr. Ratchford and her staff are so great and caring. I received four fillings yesterday and my front teeth are amazing! I have so much more confidence in my smile.
This was my first visit to Morro Bay Family Dentistry but my son has been here for a couple years now and his always spoke highly Of their overall performance. Very warm, welcoming lots of friendly staff members. My appointment timing was very efficient. The office itself was very clean and the parking lot had lots of parking. Angie, the Dental hygienist was very personable professional, precise, and gentle. I already rescheduled my next visit.
My experience here with Dr. Ratchford and the team was the first time I felt like I was receiving actual healthcare. No judgement and no pushy sales. Each staff member is incredibly skilled in their profession (seriously, the best hygienist in the US is here). My 91 year old mother had to have extensive dental X-rays before this practice would “clean” her teeth - I paid for that and other “procedures” to follow their rules and now I’m trying to get my mothers teeth cleaned and they won’t do it without more X-rays - my mother cannot tolerate more X-rays so they can charge more money This is A SCAM - this dental practice should be investigated for their extortion practices I was treated so poorly by the receptionist who hung up on me This type of extortion needs to be regulated and... read more
