I scheduled an appointment over two weeks in advance to be seen by a doctor due to ongoing throat and ear pain etc. When I arrived, I was told the appointment had been switched to an OBGYN visit without my knowledge or consent. I had to insist — firmly — to be added back to the doctor’s schedule just to be seen for the issue I originally booked. Once I saw the doctor, Dr Green. Dr Green is amazing! Love that he listens and actually cares about his patients and his receptionist is so down for the team! She's really cool and down to earth.... We all can appreciate that! Thanks for all that you do! I also like that I don't feel rushed. That Part.

Dr Houston needs to retire. He’s in his 80’s and misses a lot of issues which I believe may be due to his vision however, his dental assistants don’t help him to catch things. I knew for a fact that I had several cavities that could clearly be seen on he X-ray but he claimed everything looked good to him. Went to covenant community care the very next month and their dentists caught every single issue and was actually surprised that he didn’t. Dr Houston is very sweet, it’s just his time to allow someone else to take over.
