Dr. Balzora has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced for a doctor. I had an early appointment and she was late and could care less to help me. I understand everyone has a bad day, but her attitude was not very professional for a doctor.
Hi! Well, I had my first Colonoscopy procedure on 1/22/18 with her and I am feeling fine. I had did my homework before the appointment and was aware of what it entails. Her energy was very comforting because I was a bit nervous. My primary care doctor recommended her and I have already told others as well. The care team are very caring and informative. I strongly suggest that all patients do your homework on Colonoscopy prior to your visits because doctors appreciate proactive patients.
Dr. Balzora is a dream come true. She's the SUPER rare Doctor who ACTUALLY listens, and trusts that you know what's weird for your own body. Her follow up and follow through are ON POINT. If I have a question or a concern, or a test result, she is super fast at getting back to me. When I need to be seen, her office does everything they can to get me in quickly. When you're dealing with chronic illness, medical wins are rare. And I could not be happier that I have Dr. B and her staff on my team
Front desk staff was friendly, and the MyChart electronic system makes it easy to avoid sitting on hold, which used to be a huge pain w the practice. Dr. B. made a stressful and embarrassing situation a bit easier to talk about, which was great. The day of my procedure went smoothly, which I was most nervous about. Would def recommend her and the practice highly.
Dr. Balzora saw me today in her office. I was very displeased with her. She spent a total of 8 minutes in the room with me for a complaint that I have been having for over a month. She barely talked or performed any physical exams. She only have me educated me on things that I had to probe for and seemed very rushed and disinterested in my case. I still do not know if what I am doing is the right thing for my complaint. All she told me was to continue with the OTC drugs I'm taking. Not helpful.
Both my husband & I had our colonoscopies with Dr. Balzora. She was very patient, friendly and thorough explaining the procedure to us and answering our many questions, both before and after. We completely trusted her and felt we were in safe hands. In fact, we've already put her on our calendar for our 10 year followup.
Misdiagnosed by this Dr. She was condescending and dismissive. Office staff is equally as rude and incompetent. After leaving this practice last year my new Dr solved my problem in no time that was totally looked over by her.
