I was so grateful to find a gastroenterologist who considered my symptoms seriously and immediately found the reason. The endoscopy and colonoscopy were pain free and she was so considerate and efficient. And best of all, she found the cause. Highly recommend her!
I've never written a review for a doctor, but Dr. Balzora is truly exceptional. She is currently treating me for my Ulcerative Colitis and I've never had a doctor treat me with such care and respect. She is warm and answers my questions without rushing me. She walks me through treatment options. It seems silly, but I've never had a doctor who told me I had treatment options, they just prescribed the medication and dismissed any concerns or issues I came to them with! I trust her. I feel really lucky to be under her care.
I have never written a review, but Dr. Balzora exceptional care has motivated me to write one. From the moment that Dr. Balzora walked into the room her questions, feedback, and honesty let me know that I was in great care. I was afraid of having a colonoscopy and she explained to me the entire procedure, and answered every question that I asked with great detail, and I never felt rushed. My visit felt like I was receiving a medical explanation from a friend. It was so refreshing to meet a doctor who cares. I will be recomme... read more
My visit was using the video visit option. It was really easy. I was so nervous about going out during the coronavirus, I am glad I could see my doctor.
Friendly staff, and friendly doc. I've sent my coworkers to her too. No complaints!
Was a very positive experience. Went in for a routine colonoscopy. Staff was great, friendly, and reassured me. Glad I came.
Dr. Balzora was dismissive and completely unhelpful. She ultimately offered me a diet plan to follow then left without actually giving me any info on the plan... I had to actually leave my room to go find her and ask for it once she didn’t return with anything. You will be much better off with someone else.
I saw Dr. Balzora for an initial and follow up colonoscopy. She is knowledgeable and caring. She takes the time to listen and fully answer questions in detail. The staff is patient, respectful, and attentive. I would highly recommend Dr. Balzora to my family and friends.
There's nobody like Dr. Balzora. She is straightforward, to-the point, and compassionate. I had been having symptoms for over 2 months and my concerns were fully addressed. I would certainly recommend her to my friends and family.
