Dr. Updike seems like a good orthodontist, and her staff is very friendly and professional. Her office is also very well ran. Even though this is a busy, high volume office, it doesn’t feel like it because they are on top of scheduling and time management. I am only writing this review to describe my own personal experience and thoughts. Dr. Updike and her staff were VERY patient with me. I was going through some personal stuff and it unfortunately rubbed off on her staff I was kind of cold/rude because of mood swings. I eventually got a lot better. Despite that they were still nice to me EVERY single time I came to my appointments. They really did grow on me and I will miss them especially Dr Updike, front desk lady with a great smile, and Tabby. Good people! Everyone here is so nice, especially the ladies at the front desk! They are always welcoming, helpful, and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Great experience overall!
They were so amazing and helpful with helping me get my teeth aligned, I’m so grateful to them for everything!!!
