I had to wait for 15 minutes before anyone would answer the phone!!! That is crazy and I also don't like the fact that I never get to see Dr. Soos. My children have been faithful patients since he opened his doors. Each time I ask to see Dr. Soos they claim he is booked, so how far in advance do I need to call to schedule to see Dr. Soos.
