Awful bedside manner, rushed and disconnected from empathy. Waited 9 weeks for endoscopy results which were to be delivered via Zoom. Waited on Zoom for 40 minutes, ofilfice had reminded me of zoom appt 3 times maybe they should of been reminding Soo Kim. After 30 minutes office stated they had no idea when she’d join the Zoom meeting. RIDICULOUS! Cannot believe my GO sent me to her specifically.
