I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Sonia Patel last Monday, and I found her to be an exceptionally pleasant and well-educated doctor. I sought her expertise for a second opinion on a condition, and she demonstrated a high level of knowledge, clearly explaining her perspective. While I did find her office staff to be somewhat abrasive, I can relate, as I tend to be direct myself. One star only because I’m being nice…… Rudely not helpful and yelled at me. Thank god my stepmom was with me at the appointment to hear her well at me to “Go back to work!” I have two other doctors that know I am not well. Thank god I’m going to a new neurologist who has great references.
