Dr. Gerald's staff is the absolute worst. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they sound like they are bothered and doing you a favor. Dealing with them directly is no different. They sit behind glass, don't look at you when talking, mumble while looking down, and shove paperwork through a partially cracked window. They treat patients with disdain and apathy. You can do a lot better just about anywhere else.
