I have an old freckle in my eye and Dr. Valle found a new one. She told me that my freckle can turn to cancer. When I asked her if it was cancer, would they have to take my eye out, she responded that it has to come out. I remember thinking this is 2025 and the best they can do for eye cancer is remove the eye?? Dr. Valle is fantastic!! I love to deal with her, and have for the last 17-20 years. But , here is it goes downhill. Her front desk receptionist has such a scowl on her face that when you enter the room turns dark. She doesn't smile or greet you in a friendly and professional manner. She actually looks at you as if you were bothering her. Then you have this Asian woman who seems to be totally incompetent and with horrible people skills🤡. Almost as if the customers work for her.
