At first it seemed thorough and attentive, but soon afterward the communication issues happened. The ONLY time the phone was answered was during the initial call to set up appointment as new patient. When issue came up to leave message for dr, phones were NOT answered for four days and voicemails requesting callback were not returned until the 4th day. Should not be practicing medicine! Told my husband he doesn't need to see a cardiologist, he just got home from triple bypass surgery. Apparently she read his test results wrong.
