I have been a patient of Dr. Godbole's for almost 1 year (2016-17) She listened to me about my meds from another psychiatrist that I had seen for 6 years who just kept renewing my meds. I was no better.. She was able to gradually get me off of the old medications and start me on ones that would address my symptons and problems; It took a couple months but I am in a good place for the first time in years. Dr. Godbole gave me my life back. I strongly recommend her.
Her practice does not care. I had earlier scheduled an appointment, and forgotten about it. When I tried to make another appointment, they took down all my information, scheduled me, and I began to plan my day around my appointment. And then I got a call back a few minute later; due to my missed appointment they cancelled me. Evidently if one makes a mistake that disqualifies one from being cared for or cared about my this practice. Evidently if on makes a mistake they are dead to this practice.
She's nice enough but always seems rushed when I go in. Definitely hasn't reviewed my file prior to seeing me, as she doesn't remember details. For what she charges, I would expect more than 5 minutes of face time.
Talks about the medicines, their purpose and what it treats. Understands which medicines do/do not work with other medicines (which my last Dr. didn't). Feels like she is trying to get on the same page and help me to be better.
She seemed very judgmental and did not listen to the things I was saying.
If I could give negative stars I would. This may be the worst medical practice on Earth. They don't answer their phones ever. I left 4 messages and never once did they have the courtesy to call me back. I hope that they don't kill any patients with this lack of regard. They all should be very very ashamed.
