This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Unfortunately I can’t do 0. From the quality of the doctor to his staff it is possibly the worst doctor in Florida. Stay away, very far.
Let me start by saying that I am not one of those people who only posts reviews when they are because of a bad experience. As someone else said before, Dr. Delfani and Damarys have always been great. The clerical staff is terrible. I’ve been a patient for about 15 years and had the same experience Roberto Rodriguez’s wife had. The staff in the office, who has no medical background, was suggesting I switch to various treatments that were different to my current treatment plan given to me by the doctor . WOW! be careful with this practice. the doctor is a great doctor, but his office is a disaster. Front desk was extremely rude to my wife when she tried to get another referral from them. They called me and said she was rude and was not able to call again. Believe me my wife was not rude, all she tried to do was get a new referral. I then received a letter saying they would no longer be able to serve me do to excessive demanding behavior. What a joke. The Dr is great however, the tactics of the office staff is unacceptable. I never complained when Doctor was running 10-15mins sometimes twenty minutes late. But today due to unforeseen circumstances I was running 10 mins late and I called the office to tell them that. They told me I could not be seen. And had to pay co payment over the phone to have doctor speak to me. Mind you I’ve done telhealth visits for last 2 years and never had to pay a co pay up front because the charge insurance company . Great doctor and Nurse Practitioner Not to mention the friendly staff I recently had Covid and they called me back right away sent prescriptions to the pharmacy and the difference in my health was impressive Highly recommended
