Her secretary is very rude. I need reschedule appointment but the secretary never answer the phone. She's good with diagnosing and prescribing treatment. She need better staff and should stick to an appointment schedule for patients so it doesn't be an overload of patients on one day.
It is impossible to schedule an appointment. I have been seeing her for three years and i had to miss an appointment because if a family emergency and there is not way of getting a hold of the office to reschedule! It’s hard finding a new doctor in our area!
I find her easy to talk to although if I need more time, I have found a therapist. Dr. Sofia Grewal has been my Psychiatrist for 8 years and I appreciate her. I honestly thank her for helping me getting through some issues.
Only met with me 7 minutes at a time, extremely overloaded with patients. Always forgot what meds I was allergic to, as if she never cared to write them down. Spent most of every meeting berating my life choices rather than allowing me to move forward with myself
