I once left a 5 star review for this practice, but today they lost me as a customer. They sent me an email with a link to schedule my eye exam. That online scheduler didn't work. So, I called the office, but I was told that, since I started booking online and the site glitched, those appointments were no longer available. I would have to wait until next week now. They need to update their technology. That stuff's not rocket science!
Have tried for two weeks now to set an appointment. Nobody answers the phone and my doctors no longer listed on their website. Guess I’m going someplace else.
Dr. Snipes was so friendly, he answered all my questions. The technicians that were in between were also really nice and efficient.
Support and customer service is great. They make you feel comfortable when trying new things and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We were on vacation from out of state and my daughter had an eyelash stuck in her eye that we couldn’t get out. The whole experience from calling in to see if they could help to actually seeing Dr. Daniel Kenner and getting the eyelash out was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and Dr. Daniel Kenner was kind, friendly, patient, understanding and gave excellent care. In a day when customer service is so poor, I felt the need to praise this offices excellent customer care! Thank you!
