A very experienced dentist and staff who definitely care about the patients. My husband and I looked for a long time for a dentist that wasn't into sales but into dentistry. A work friend referred us and she has been a patient for well over 20 years.
I've been coming to this office for many years and i have to say that I really enjoy the services they provide. Dr Orbid snd his staff are very professional and kind. I know I'm in good hands. Patti the receptionist is great and has always been able to work with my schedule. I will definitely be coming back.

Suggestion: Don’t set an appt until you get medical approval. Keep up with appts. Your receptionist gives excuses for not following up. My phone can track missed calls. You called once, you could have left a message but you didn’t. Doctor bedside manner can be better. I was in n out. Didn’t put the time to explain options. I found better customer service at: Friends of Family Health Center 1129 W Fourth St, Ontario, CA 91762 Their office was nicer and very organized. Got a referral for oral surgeon.
