Fantastic new office. Dr Fadigan is sincere and very helpful. She listens and provides multiple solutions for control of Diabetes
Dr. Fadigan is the best doctor I've had in 56 years. She is listens carefully and explains why she is doing things. She is relatively conservative, but does consider new treatments if they are showing positive results. She suggests lifestyle changes before medication. Health First is hard to deal with sometimes, so you can experience difficulty before you get in to see her. I like her personal staff a lot. They've put up with me even when I've had some pretty rough days.
Disrespectful to patients. Doesn't listen and after extended wait times spends little time with patients. Not sensitive to patients needs.
Dr. Fadigan is ALWAYS prompt and respectful with me whenever I see her. She takes the time to LISTEN to any complaints and answer my questions in easily understood language. I would recommend her to anyone who want a caring an competent physician.
Excellent service taking the time to explain situations in detail. Candidly, can not say enough good thing about Dr Fadigan!
Cancels regularly scheduled patients due to her computer being down. Didn't call back to reschedule for 3 days and appointment was 2 months later. Never available. Refers to ER rather than takes care of her regular patients.
