Not sure how the care of Dr. Shanks is, but her team sucks! My pregnant daughter broke her foot over a week ago! She has been in incredible pain and the referral was approved to see the dr. The woman taking the call to schedule was incredibly rude and would not schedule my daughter at all until it was “processed” my daughter is due to have the baby soon, and has a broken foot that has not been seen.
