This office is very unorganized. I had an appointment today at 10:45AM, and everyone who came in after me saw the doctor before I did. She even called an 11:30AM appointment a no call/show as they were scheduled an hour after me, and I did not even see an assistant yet by then. Definitely changing my doctor after this. If you value your time do not come to this clinic nor make Dr. Li your family doctor. Very disappointed as it is a weekday and patients like myself have other obligations such as work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Frustrating experience. My appointment was rescheduled by over a month with zero notice — no email, call, or calendar invite, I only found out by showing up. And on today visit 2:45–3:15 slot, arrived at 3:00, and I waited until 4:20 with no updates at all. No eta, no waiting, they put me to the end of queue without even saying anything. I am a patient of DR Jeu for more than 20 years and she is the best family doctor ever she is my kids doctor too and the receptionist at the clinic are so nice and caring specially Cristal . I really appreciate their support, help and care . All the best to all of them

Dr. Sisi Li has a great bedside manner, however I had to switch physicians because she was not willing to prescribe common drugs for HRT and weight loss, as well as Twinrix! She referred me to an endocrinologist who questioned why she couldn’t prescribe the necessary medication instead of making a patient wait several months to feel better. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Dr. Li for timely care.
