My husband and I have been going to Simon Chung for our urological health for several years. There is absolutely no other urologist we would prefer going other than Dr. Chung. He is thorough, explains everything, and you leave him feeling you are in the best hands.
Dr. Chung is incredibly kind, patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. His bedside manners are top notch and you can tell by the way he interacts with his team that they all work really well together and are good friends. When they prepped my dad for surgery, Dr. Chung treated him with lots of care and really made us feel like we were in good hands. So grateful to have him as our doctor!
The best in the area without doubt. Saved my life by catching my bladder cancer early. Highly recommend.

Unhelpful, uncaring, uninterested, w/ a touch of arrogance. It was nearly impossible to make an appointment; you have to call to make your first one, and I was put on holds so long I gave up after 20-30 minutes each time. Sometimes the holds hung up on me. Eventually I got an appointment for months later (video only offered). It was not worth the wait or the effort, to say the least.
