Doctor Vicente is both of our daughter’s pediatrician and she is wonderful. She has always answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we have had without issue or complaint. I recommend her to all of our friends and family and will continue to do so. We have always been treated with kindness at Franciscan Physician Network Crown Point Pediatric Health Center by all the staff.

She’s an amazing doctor. Really good at what she does. I use MyChart to communicate so I don’t have to call or come in if it’s not necessary. She’s been my 9yr olds dr for around 5 years and she’s my 2yr olds dr since birth. Wonderful lady and doctor.
Dr. Vicente was wonderful for both of my kids. She really takes her time to understand the family history. Can't recommend her enough.
My children have been under Dr. Vicente’s care since birth and she has been a wonderful doctor.
I am very disappointed of her.My daughter had fever ,cough and runny nose,when she checked her first she didnt spend.enough tume checking her ,than she said she is all good,no ear infection,the chest sound good,but next day my daughter had even more fever ,I took her to emergency and sure enough she had infection on both ears
