My experience with Dr Milner today was fantastic! I think he even cured my anxiety and phobia of needles in the mouth! Today's root canal procedure was flawless. I could literally do it again, any day. For someone who has avoided the dentist for 15+ years because of paralyzing anxiety, this is monumental. I'm so glad I can be proactive in taking care of my teeth now. A special thank you to the Dr's assistant who had lots of patience with me and was very comforting in my time of need �
I really hate this star system, because Dr. Milner & Dr. Silverman are fantastic, as are the dental assistants and hygienists. The office staff, not so much. They are very unfriendly and I hate to go there. Also, don't EVER be late for an appointment, no flexibility, no matter what. Also, the staff should be quieter about talking about patients, every word can be heard in the waiting area. I even got grief for asking for copies of my records.
I started as a new patient back in june, after working w/me all summer I left there confidentiality smiling 2day. :) Dr . Silverman and all his employees did n amazing job everyone is super nice and make you feel welcome. I'd like to thank everyone for the gr8 work they hv done and their hospitality I'm very happy 2 know my family and I have the best dentist there is n recommend u 2 anybody thx again u r truly the greatest
We LOVE this place! They are excellent with our children, and really great to work with.
