I decided to share my experience after noticing similar concerns from other patients, and unfortunately, I have to agree. From the billing side, this office raises serious concerns. No clinic should be determining coverage or charging patients upfront for services that should be billed through insurance especially when the doctor is in-network. Very good I am a POC woman and I felt heard and validated about my health concerns I completed my physical for this year.
Absolutely horrible physician. Still makes me shake thinking about my visit. Made me immensely uncomfortable and rushed. No one cared to explain to me what they were doing, and I still feel violated and scarred from the experience. No warning or walking me through anything felt like things were getting shoved in places they shouldn’t without permission.
