I saw Dr. Shah abd my life turned upside down She prescribed a medication that caused my symptoms to become worse .When I stopped the medication I suffered from insomnia which increased my pain level The insomnia caused the pain to escalate When I called the doctor and office staff and complained about my symptoms they told me I was crazy They were upset and nasty that I was calling for help I asked the office staff to perform lab tests and I found out that I had high levels of Vitamin B6 in my blood This was not the cause i... read more
Dr Shweta Shah is a great & very good Dentist. She treats patients very courteously & respectfully doing her job of dentist in the best possible way. She treat patients as her family members, especially to Seniors, she treats as per parents. Keep it up great work Dr Shah

Dr. Shah is very pleasant only when she gets paid. Once she is aware that she doesn't get a profit as much as she wishes, her demeanor will change totally different way: The office has already disappointed me 3 times - the recent one was when I was advised by three other dentists with highly professional credentials that it was unnecessary for me to have a root canal (last Oct.) for my protruded tooth. I love Dr. Shah! She is very sweet and nice and really cares about you as a patient. She takes the time to listen to your concerns. Every time I go, I experience no pain or discomfort as she is very gentle but efficient with her practice. Highly recommend having her as a dentist. Every visit has been nothing but a pleasure.
I went to Dr Shah a few times and realize this was a terrible mistake. The 1st time I appreciated her conservative approach. The 2nd time she was aggressive and insisted on removing 3 cavities (1 of which was bothering me). She would not numb me at first and the pain was terrible. Finally she numbed me a little but I could still feel everything and for 30 mins I was in pain. She seemed to tire of me and I felt shut down and dismissed. She is simply the best. She has been our family dentist for years. I trust her wholeheartedly.
I am a regular patient since 2011. Every time I go there got nice experience and class 1 services. Will definitely recommend her to my family and friends circle.
After approximately 3 years of going to this facility, I'm rather disappointed and didn't feel like my best interest was considered. Felt slightly brushed off when complaining about something. Wanted a practitioner who was going to offer preventative care and really just felt as if I had one root canal after another (after mentioning pain for about 3 months during the last round). I'm disappointed as she's very pleasant. A few staff members can work on their bedside manner.
