Went to Cascades Dental based on a recommendation. The staff was friendly and courteous. The office validated my insurance prior to my visit since my family had gone the week prior. During my visit with the hygienist, diagnostic tools/procedures were performed without informing me that these would not be covered under my insurance plan. My jaw hit the floor when I received a $100+ charge for a routine cleaning. Had I been informed prior to, I would have politely declined. Needless to say, I will not be back.
