We had Jim come to our house to provide a quote on replacing the shower door in our master bath. I only know it was Jim because that is the name he wrote on the quote; he never introduced himself to us. When my wife greeted him at the front door, he walked in without saying a word. When she said hello a second time, he responded stiffly with, "You need a quote on a shower door?" "Quote" only given and no final paperwork before installers arrived. Then, credit card was charged without my consent upon their installer saying job was complete even though sealant hadn't been applied and glas door was in dispute since it didn't arrive as ordered with a towel bar. I called and the rep she just wanted to argue with me and said "you signed the paperwork ma'am" about 10 times, although none of my quote copies have y signature on any of them!! A representative of this company entered our home without our knowledge or consent to take a measurement of a shower. He wandered around our home alone looking for the correct shower. When we called the office to voice a complaint, the receptionist hung up on us twice. She stated that he had every right to come into our home, despite the fact that no one was there to escort him. Unbelievable
