I had a very bad experience with Dr. Shirley. She did a tooth capping, but it did not last long. The cap came off while I was eating at a gathering just one month later, which was very embarrassing. I had specifically asked the doctor how long it would last, and she told me it should be good for life. I also had a cavity filling done, and that came off after just five months. It feels like the clinic only cares about booking the next appointment and taking money. If I could, I would give this clinic a negative rating.
I had such a lovely experience! I am always warmly greeted by Antoinette, she goes above and beyond to accommodate appointment time and ensure everything runs smoothly. Dr Shirely is great with patients, she really took the time to listen to my concerns and she really cares about making it a comfortable experience. Outstanding customer service and professional Dr.
The dentist and hygienist were both excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. I had a very bad experience with this doctor regarding Invisalign. I went to her for a second opinion because I only wanted Invisalign treatment. She clearly told me my case was manageable and convinced me to proceed, so I paid the deposit. After that, my appointments were repeatedly postponed, and I was kept waiting for almost two months.
