After doing a quick skin check, I had skin related questions but she didn't want to answer anything. She couldn't get out of there fast enough. While I was talking, she just went to the door and opened it wide, giving the office a nice new of me in my panties. I won't be returning.
No receptionist to take calls. You must leave a message and they call you back to make an appointment. I had to be out of town so I needed canceled my appointment. (Had to leave a message). When I called back later trying to make a new appointment (had to leave a message again), They called back and informed me that if you cancel a new patient appointment without rescheduling their policy is that you cannot reschedule! There was only an answering service, No way to reschedule! Unprofessional
Dr Van is the best! She is so knowledgeable and experienced in evaluating sun-damaged skin, I feel lucky and grateful that she is my dermatologist!

She is a terrible person! She may be a good doctor but she will no doubt make fun of you the minute you walk out the door. She also screens her patients on which insurance will pay better. If you have crappy insurance she will make sure you aren't seen. Never met anyone like her and hopefully never will again!
