Absolutely 0 bedside manner! Always leaving the room before you can voice any concerns you have. I have dealt with acid reflux for many years. Always "just take antacids". My new Dr. saw that my iron levels were low in my blood work. Sent me for a gastroscope. That confirmed GERD and now I have esophageal cancer because of it. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
Dr. Saban has retired and I have since met the new physician once. My impression of him was very positive — he appeared knowledgeable and took time to listen carefully to my concerns. However, accessing care has become extremely difficult due to ongoing issues with the front reception. Phone calls during regular business hours are not answered, and voicemail messages often go unreturned. So glad she finally retired. Terrible physician who wouldn't listen to the patient. It was always about her and she really didn't care about people. Have a new doctor now who is amazing. Could not get her to transfer my files until she decided to retire despite several requests. When she finally left there was a fee to get my files of course and you had to pay cash.
I’ve never had a worse doctor. If you enjoy being invalidated, shamed, and gaslit about your serious health concerns, she’s the one for you! She dismissed my TBI and told my my symptoms couldn’t be “that bad” when I was bed ridden and vomiting everyday from symptoms. She shamed me for various health issues and made me feel embarrassed to be seeking medical treatment. Terrible doctor. I suggest finding a new doctor and not seeing her ever. She is inappropriate with her bed side language, threatened me with calling CAS when I had to go get money from the car to pay for the meds for my child that she prescribed and thought I wasn't going to get so she threatened me and I have asked repeatedly for my medication to be refilled and have been ignored, I have asked to be assessed for a health condition that I'm 100% sure I have and she just dismissed me and told me "not right now" I also have 2 ... read more
