Dr shah would not assist my 90year old mother with a bill from labcorp. They kept getting billed for over a year saying the diagnosis codes don’t match what was ordered. This office would not help her, except one sloppy attempt that took the bill from 600$ to over 300$. They still had work to do but REFUSED to help. Blamed it on their ‘other office’ they moved from. Didn’t have a mask on and made me leave for not wearing one due to medical issues.
TERRIBLE MEDICAL AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE...this doctor is awful in many ways....just look at the score!!!!
Elderly mom and dad went there for about six months and Shah kept nasty patient rooms, disrespectful attitude always towards me,the caregiver, extreme wait time with different excuses each time, increased all medications for both parents etc.... enroll at your own risk!!!!!!
I’m a new patient here with Dr. Shikha Shah, My first visit was 5/28/19. Once I arrived I was greeted by the most sweetest receptionist there. I already felt like this where I needed to be because the environment itself. They’re very welcoming. Dr. Shikha is one caring doctor I know in Columbus. She’s patient, she listens, she’s loving, and just a down to earth doctor, that will try her best to provide the best service to you. Dr. Shah has been very patient with me and my compliance with her treatment regimen. She listened to all of my excuses and then explained the necessity for following her regimen. I am much better today because of her insistence. To me this only shows that she truly cares for her patients. I have worked in the medical field for 40 years and I can tell you this kind of care and concern is not the norm in todays world.

I have lived in this area for 53 years, and have worked on & off in the medical field for 30+ years. I've never seen a medical facility quite like this one. It was filthy. In the exam room, right beside the chair I sat in waiting on the doctor was a bandaid w/blood still on it. The wait time for me was over 45 mins. before I was able to see Dr. Shah. I overheard everyone w/in my hearing stating how they hate waiting for 2+ hours to see either physician. The worst new pt. experience ever!
Sign in office states that if you can't wait 2 hours, please reschedule. Even you request first appointment of the day, you not likely to be seen before 10am.
