never looked directly at me. you have to get your medication filled every 30 days. She will not place a refill for 90 days on a maintenance prescription. I can never get a call back from her office.

The staff is very friendly and professional . The past 3 years I’ve worried about my health while living in LA and Texas. Once I arrive here Dr. Shah was highly recommended. This was the best decision yet. She ran every test possible and took me off of other medication. Today I am better and stronger . She encouraged me through the process . She is a awesome Doctor and she loves and care for her patients. Yes the wait time is long , but she is giving you her undivided attention so that she may provide the best medical care.

Dr Shah is very thorough. I appreciate that she takes ownership of your health. Thank you for caring about your patients. If you are looking fir a new physician, I definitely give her 10/10.

Had an appointment as a new patient. Seen approximately 2 hours later. The staff was very friendly, however Dr. Shah's bedside manner is not to be desired. She took blood work and did not explain. Stated that blood work was fine, when in actuality is was not and is not. She charged me an additional co-pay to "not" go over my blood work thoroughly and although she could have given me paps, her PA and I both thought that she would, in fact, she never mentioned it. Bazaar, to say the least.

My initial visit was a disaster! The office was a mess and was not set up with Covid restrictions in the seating area, no hand sanitizer and no one was wearing masks. I filled out the appropriate paperwork asking health-related questions. She did not listen to a word I said; however, came into exam room and started off by telling me what she was NOT going to do before I even spoke! I have already left one review; however, I forgot to mention that she "neglected" to inform me of something very life-threatening found in an x-ray because she "discharged" me as a new patient the same day as my initial visit. However, I did not find out that this happened until one of her staff members called me the day before I was to follow-up with her to go over labs and x-ray results (one week out!) She is a narcissistic individual. She is always late. had an appointment at 8:30 and she came into the room after 9:00. Her time is apparently more important than the time of her patients. She relies on drug reps entirely way to much to help her prescribe medications. She will only listens to heart & lungs, looks in ears only if you are complaining of being sick. Overly prescribes antibiotics and steroids. If you question her decisions she gets mad and eventually will dismiss you as a patient, as I did. The dismissal letter ... read more

I have been with Dr Shah for years now and have been with her at both practices. She has always been patient and friendly with me, and genuinely listens. She has a great bedside manner and that is a must for me in a doctor. She has always gone above and beyond for me. I love the new building she is in. It is clean and the staff is professional. I recommend her to anyone.
