***My username is a pseudonym for privacy reasons.*** First of all, my PCP faxed my referral to them twice over 6 days and they said they never got it. Then there was confusing and misleading information from this office regarding transfer of care from another GI. I called to inquire about a referral to Dr. Oomen and at first, they never mentioned their ridiculous issue with a patient having seen another GI within 3 years.
