Absolutely horrible service during serious situation. I was a patient of Dr. Oomen and had a potentially fatal gastric issue and I attempted to contact Dr. Oommen before going to the emergency room/hospital admission. Two(2) different office staff members PROMISED to get the Doctor to call me over an eight(8) hour period and I never received a call back - unacceptable service from him and his staff. This was yearly check-up with Dr. Oommen. Everytime I have an appointment with Dr.Oommen, I always have the best care. Dr. Oommen and staff listen to my concerns and answers the questions in aimple terms, but also that I understand. Dr. Oommen listens and makes recommendations and if I have questions, he answers them honestly and gives me options, and then we agree together what the action plan is.
On-time service, professional and personable care from Dr. Oommen and his team! Thank you!
As always it’s unique and refreshing to have a physician who is welcoming and interested in your best health options. In addition his office staff is friendly and so efficient there is very little wait time.
