A good experience. Very professional as was his staff
Dr Oommen performed my colonoscopy and whined in his report about the “poor bowel prep.” I followed HIS instructions to the letter. (My spouse is a surgery nurse who insisted I did so.) Dr Oommen, if you’re going to whine about your bowel prep, then change your procedure. We, your patients, can only follow your orders. Furthermore, his office staff was difficult to communicate with.
By far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Scheduled the appointment months ago since it takes 5 months to get in and then called to confirm the day before the appointment and was given instructions and arrival time along with what to bring. Showed up this morning and they informed me the doctor wasn’t in and wasn’t seeing patients at all that day. Dr. Oommen is truly my doctor sent from God. That's how amazing and kind he is. His bedside manners are exceptional. He truly wants you to understand what is happening in your body. He explains how medications will help and benefit you. He wants the best for his patients and you can feel the warmth when you talk to him. Even his staff is so nice and accommodating.
