Staff is always super nice, genuine and friendly. Wait times are not long either. Love the reminders via email and texts. I just wish they offered monthly payment plans to help with the big co-pays. All in all, I would definitely recommend them as they are all super great with kids!
I think the staff is absolutely wonderful and made my daughter feel at ease and calm. For her first cavity filling, they really had a wonderful way of dealing with the experience. My daughter had such a positive experience that she shared her bubblegum gas mask during share day at preschool the next day. I would give the staff and Dr. Nickravesh 5 stars. I ranked four stars only because of how I felt as a paying customer without dental insurance. Getting the year plan through her office, I was expected to pay cash only for t... read more
