My family switched to Urban Optique in 2025 and we are very happy that we did. Dr Simms is professional and caring. She takes her time with patients. We also have been happy with the staff in the office and the choices in glasses are great. We highly recommend Urban Optique!
Dr Simms and the entire staff are top notch when it comes to knowledge and customer service. Dr Simms, Olivia , Marvin and all the staff have been fabulous guiding me on dry eyes, scleral lenses and the perfect fit on eyewear. Always providing a warm welcome during my visits. Loving my new eyewear selection.
I have been to different eye doctors with my family thought out the years. But this doctor is the best, I mentioned I had dry eyes and felt pressure in one eye. She checked my eyes very thoroughly. She helped me understand my condition and the importance of eye drops. Marvin also was great during the glass selection. No sale pressure but explain how insurance works for me.
I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Simms’ practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Olivia was especially upbeat and did a great job explaining each step of the exam in a way that was easy to understand and even fun at times.
