I have been to different eye doctors with my family thought out the years. But this doctor is the best, I mentioned I had dry eyes and felt pressure in one eye. She checked my eyes very thoroughly. She helped me understand my condition and the importance of eye drops. Marvin also was great during the glass selection. No sale pressure but explain how insurance works for me.
Dr Simms and the entire staff are top notch when it comes to knowledge and customer service. Dr Simms, Olivia , Marvin and all the staff have been fabulous guiding me on dry eyes, scleral lenses and the perfect fit on eyewear. Always providing a warm welcome during my visits. Loving my new eyewear selection.
I’M SO HAPPY MY WIFE AND I FOUND URBAN OPTIQUE! The doctor and staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They offer the best selection of glasses and top quality lenses—my vision has never been better. My wife was also fitted for Ortho-k lenses (like retainers for your eyes, worn over night to give clear vision during the day), which most eye doctors don’t even offer. I can confidently say this is the best eye care you’ll find in chandler and Gilbert. Highly recommend!!! 👍👍
Dr. Simms and her team are terrific. Her office features the most up to date technology. My exam was thorough and included tests I had never been given by other optometrists such as a test for dry eye. She shared all the digital photos of my eyes that her technician took and explained what I was looking at. Everyone is so helpful and friendly! I have been going to Dr. Simms for 9 years now, and I learn something new every time I see her! She stays up to date! The selection of frames is always up to date with everything for everyone. There is no pushy sale here; just what you want. I would highly recommend Dr. Simms and her staff!
