Dr. Rahimpour and his team made a huge impact on my life in the most positive way. Dealing with epilepsy for 12 years after seeing many doctors, my hope wasn’t too high. I finally felt listened to and respected. They fought hard for me when issues with my insurance company came up, and have now brought me to where I am now, seizure free for almost 2 years!
I recently went through the entire process for deep brain stimulation. I had to make several trips to Salt Lake City for numerous appointments across numerous disciplines to evaluate whether I was a candidate for the surgery. All of the appointments were set up and coordinated by the team and each provider clearly communicated the process and requirements for each appointment. 10/10 would recommend. It was my first time ever needing a neurosurgeon but, I’d recommend Dr. Rahimpour to anyone and everyone if they so much mentioned a headache. He explained everything about my procedure with all the confidence in the world and it made me feel great, like I had nothing to worry about, and in the end, I had nothing to worry about. I saw Dr. Rahimpour for MVD surgery for Hemifacial Spasms. He explained the procedure and what I could expect, taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered. I woke up from the surgery spasm free and I’m so happy. I highly recommend Dr. Rahimpour.
Dr. Rahimpour was my neurosurgeon. Great guy who did a great job performing brain surgery for DBS. I’m thrilled with results because I no longer have to take medicine in a dose that makes me so sick . In fact, I’m going to try going off the meds completely and see if any symptoms appear.
