Dr. Thomas listens and doesn't hesitate to make specialist referrals if she feels that I need more specific help. She has been right each time she has done that. I feel that she cares about me. Also, her assistant, who has been with Dr. Thomas for 23 years, is also wonderful. I feel confident with this physician.
I would recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone. I have been seeing her for five years, and she has always been patient, caring and thorough. I never feel rushed, and when I’ve really needed to see her, her great staff gets me in as quickly as possible. She asks probing questions, and actually LISTENS to the answers. With Covid 19 this year, she has been especially helpful, and has easily facilitated FaceTime appointments with me. Dr. Thomas is ver caring and knowledgeable. When I wake up sick I love that I can get online and schedule a same day appointment with her. Her staff is the nicest I've ever encountered in a doctors office.
I have been with Dr.Thomas as my primary care physician for several years now...I think she's wonderful! She is pleasant and helpful, She has a good sense of humor and her staff is FANTASTIC! After my stroke...I was referred to follow-up with her and she has been great to work with me throughout my recovery process!! Her office is quick to get back with me if I call and leave a message...Carmen her nurse is phenomenal too!!!
Thomas is uncaring & detached. Gave incorrect info during 2 appts. re available meds for my mother. When my mother was concerned about abrupt changes in her memory and personality, Thomas said it's just old age. Later, we called re:14 meds my mother was taking. Pharmacist told us 2 major and 12 minor interactions existed. Called her to ask about problems, Dr. said shouldn't be a problem. Took Dr. 4 minutes to tell NP to tell us. She books 15 min appts only . Need more time, book again.
