Ok...so I occasionally have had issues w/this man, usually about wait times, nothing else. However, after my visit today w/this GOOD MAN(yes, I shamelessly stole that quote from Denzel in "The Equalizer movie), I have nothing more than 10-star positivity! This man, at his age, goes to check on his hospitalized patients tirelessly while STILL managing to keep up his practice w/low-income Medicaid and Medicare patients! Dr. Serag is a good person and kind. I been his patient for years and worked for him as well. The wait time can be a little long, it's just that he is a very busy dr. and on staff at all the hospital and the nursing homes as well.. bed side manors is can be a little hard at times because if your not doing what he asked as a dr. then he gets upset. he is not a pain dr. so if your looking for pain RX he is not the Dr. for you.. Dr. Serag is good Dr. (Crazy) but awesome

Attention all Medicaid recipient. His wife Dr Maha Lewis is the Doctor medicaid will give you. She is a fair doctor. However, there is a good chance you will see Dr Serag. This man does not listen to your concerns. He takes your blood pressure. Taps on your stomach a few times. Then asks you what you want. I tested this. Just ask him for pain pills and you will get them. He just hands out the prescriptions like candy. Ifserious medical problem I recommend you see a different doctor.
