I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want or I can bring my child in that same day if a she suddenly becomes ill. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Dr. Mitchell has the best attitude. She is wonderful!

After eight years and two children, we have decided to look for another pediatrician. Dr. Mitchell is extremely overbooked. The wait time is easily an hour and a half. If you call the office, you will normally be put on hold for a very long time before someone speaks with you. Good pediatrician - but I live in Houston...there are quite a few good pediatricians around. Just to see the nurse for shots will take 45 minutes.
They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
