I have been seeing Dr. Sugibayashi for 5 years and now both her and Dr. Asato helped to manage my first pregnancy over the past 10 months. I have always felt welcomed and cared for by both doctors. The front desk staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always made sure my next appointments were set and I always received a phone call reminding me of the date and time when the appointment got close. Dr. Shera and her staff has always been helpful at answering my questions and concerns. She always has expressed enthusiasm whenever talking to me, which is great because I don't have much enthusiasm haha. I'm so surprised at all these low ratings, I don't think its fairly justified. I've always had such a positive experience. So I felt compelled to write a truthful review.
I don’t recommend this.
Dr. Sugibayashi puts you at ease and is an excellent doctor.
