Dr. Milam did my vaginal hysterectomy when another male dr in OS said it had to be done in my abdominal area. She told me she prays before every surgery and that's a plus with me. She reduced my down tine to one day instead of three. I 'm glad I didn let that other dctr do my surgery. I

Dr Milam and her staff were absolutely wonderful. I moved to the Gulf Coast last year. It was very dreadful having to find a new Ob-gyn. I couldn't have made a better choice.

This was my first visit to Dr. Milam and I found her to be so very caring and understanding. I liked that she did not attempt to sign me up for unneeded tests, as I have experienced in the past. Her staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Milam as a gynocologist in the coastal area.

Myself, as well as my 2 daughters and 1 daughter in law are patients of Dr.Milam. I feel as though I speak for all of us when I say that Ocean Springs women are BLESSED to have her to take care of all of our needs. You might have to wait 4 months to get in and 45 min to see her the day of your appointment...but I now know why. I trust her with my wellbeing as well as my precious family. Her office takes care of anything you might need and makes you feel like you are part of their family. Sweet girls!! I recommend her to EVER... read more

I am a patient of the clinic as well as the MedSpa....Dr. Milam and her staff of office personnel and nurses are the most knowledgeable group of young ladies I have ever expierenced. They strive to be very helpful in any way possible. Not always can they be perfect, but I must say they are more than not. I loved my treatments from the Med Spa as well...they were very up front and knowledgeable about my cosmetic services. I have been going to Dr. Milam for 4 years and have never found a more wonderful person and physician. She delivered my daughter and it was the most wonderful experience!!! Her office is the nicest doctor's office I have ever been in. The office staff is very helpful and always sweet! I normally have to wait about 30 min to see her but it is well worth it. She gives you all the time you need. I couldn't ask for a better doctor!!

i have seen dr milam for 6 yrs she deliverd my son and was visting her in the biloxi office. she was always late but which drs are not. since she has went to her own pratice the staff is very snoby and caddy. but she does know her stuff and that is probally why she is always booked. and now i have to see her husband dr sams because of that which is a good dr also. the only problem with that is i prefer a female dr. and is the whole reason i went to her in the first place 6 yrs ago.

Dr. Milam has been my GYN dr. for the last 4 years. She is the sweetest most knowledgable doctor I have ever seen. She answered all the questions I asked to where I could really understand the answers! Any time I call her office I speak with her nurse "Angela" who is an angel, she is always so helpful and caring.
