I had a terrible experience. Dr. Elenor showed no care or concern during the appointment. Her tone was rude and dismissive, and it was clear she wasn’t interested in providing quality patient care. As a visible minority, I could sense the discrimination. The doctor’s behavior was condescending—she even dropped a tissue on my lap without explanation.
