The doctor is great, and the reception very helpful and efficient.
Dr. Goldhar is a good doctor, and we have been patients for many years. However, the behavior of some of his staff is completely unacceptable. During our visit on March 3rd, the nurse who brought people in and handled the initial part of the exam was openly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her tone was sharp and unfriendly, and she made snarky comments about patients coming in to the older Asian receptionist, even laughing at some of them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience with my cataract surgery with Dr. Sheldon Goldhar and his amazing team. From the very beginning, everyone was professional, friendly, and kind. My right eye had a very bad cataract, and every staff member took great care of me and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. No question was ever treated as silly, and I always felt respected and listened to.
