3crown (1with root canal). 2 had to be redone the root canal twice had to be redone. Then it took 4Xrays to determine it had to go due to infection!!! They are 2 expensive and they take too many xrays
Great. Good practice. Cleaning was great. They are very aggressive on their treatment plan. Ask for a conservative plan.
I was amazingly disappointed. As a new patient, they wanted to give me a complete evaluation -- and I said fine, but what I want and *need* are my the small chips fixed on my two front teeth. It was my sole purpose for seeing a dentist. I got there with filled out paperwork in hand, but still had to wait quite a while....and that was even ok, since we all know these places have some wait time. great atmosphere, located in a great area of natomas. went there to save my tooth but it had be extracted, it was way more pricey than promenade dentl down the street. since i am already there
Natomas Crossing Dental Care was the worst experience of a Dental office I've ever had! Dr Harris is their for one reason only and that is how much money can she squeeze out of the patients and she's extremely rude and unfriendly to boot! This is not an atmosphere where you would feel at ease having any procedure done! It's all money talk to this staff! Dental patients needs are of little importance in this office!
Dr Sheila Harris and her staff (front office and dental assistants) have been the perfect match for our dental needs. Not only does Dr. Harris do excellent dentistry with state of the art equipment, but she is also the perfect dentist for those that have fear of having dental work done. She and Tonya (her office manager) have been amazing at coordinating my wife's dental care...with me...because my wife (like many people) cannot even talk about dental work.
